Thank you for shopping with us. Because our products are made to order through our production partner, Printful, each item is custom printed specifically for you. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Issues and Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To submit a claim, please email us at orders@christianshirtsshop.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer either a replacement at no additional cost or a refund to your original payment method.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or other members of your household

  2. Contact your local postal carrier

If the issue cannot be resolved, contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
