Thank you for shopping with Christian Shirts Shop a Speak Now Productions Company. All products are made to order and fulfilled through our production partner, Printful. Please review our shipping policy below.
Order Processing Time
All items are custom made once your order is placed.
Processing time typically takes 2–5 business days before shipment. During high-volume periods (such as holidays, promotions, or new product launches), processing times may be longer.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
United States: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
Canada: 5–10 business days after fulfillment
International: 7–21 business days after fulfillment
Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. These promotions apply only during the promotional period and may include specific order minimums.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product type and fulfillment location. You may receive separate tracking numbers.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is returned to the fulfillment facility, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for replacement.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
We are not liable for:
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
Lost or stolen packages
Delays caused by the shipping carrier
Delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control
If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need assistance, you may also contact us at orders@christianshirtsshop.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain addresses, regions, or countries as necessary.
